"Risk-Free Listing" Service Terms and Conditions

1) Please note that optional services, such as the yard sign, newspaper ads, etc, will not be refunded; only the cost paid to SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com for your internet listing on www.SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com is eligible for a refund.  SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com is not responsible for refunding any costs associated with marketing your home other than the paid listing hosted on www.SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com.

2) You must list your home AND close the transaction with an approved real estate agent within 1 (one) year from the date your payment was received by SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com for your online listing at www.SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com; if you are not sure which real estate agents will qualify you for a refund, please email us at info@SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com.

3) You must contact us at info@SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com to inform us that you will be listing your home with a qualified agent within 7 (seven) days of signing a listing agreement with the agent in order to qualify for a refund.  Your listing on SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com must be active and current at the time you sign a listing agreement with a qualified agent.

4) You must disclose to the agent that you are a client of SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com and that you found out about their services from SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com before you sign a listing agreement with them. 

5) Once your qualifying transaction is CLOSED, contact us at info@SeattleRealEstateByOwner.com with your name, mailing address, and the address of the property sold, and we will process your refund; please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
